Senior Director, Supply Chain Central Zone

The Supply Chain Director for Central Zone will have the challenge of overseeing a broad range of topics to assure the performance and growth ambitions for the region: Supply Chain Risks and Disruptions, Infrastructure and Capacity Planning, S&OP nextGen and Productivity opportunities.
Besides the Business goals, the Supply Chain particularities and the Franchise landscape of each Zone, the Zone Supply Chain Director will work in a Supply Chain matrix organization, that has Critical processes leaders across Latam OU. The critical processes across Latam, at the moment, are: Productivity, Supply Chain Resiliency, Next Gen S&OP, Open-Infrastructure and Portfolio Optimization.
Depending on the roles and skills of the Supply Chain team, each Zone Director will be responsible for 1-2 Critical Processes across Latam, guaranteeing a unicity and integrated view of our Latam challenges and practices. The Critical Processes leaders should also have a connection with our Global Supply Chain Organization and other OUs teams for best practices and knowledge exchange.

**What You’ll Do for Us**
- Contribute on the long term Supply Chain Strategic vision and support its execution. Identify the capabilities needed for the present and future business needs (including technological and digital) and expand a continuous improvement culture, both internally and towards the System in LATAM
- Be the Critical process leader across LATAM for Next Gen S&OP and Portfolio Optimization agendas, guaranteeing progress, best practices and knowledge exchange in all 3 zones.
- Continue leading the implementation of Next Gen S&OP and evolve the process across all bottlers in Central region. The role involves coordination skills in discussing demand planning with commercial areas, bottling partners and CPS, effectively linking the Coca Cola System.
- Following the S&OP Next Gen Global Program, guaranteeing ORI solution adoption and benchmarking with other OUs.
- Responsible for Central zone Infra-structure and Capacity ahead of demand analysis and solutions. Identify production capacity gaps in both ABP and LRP horizons and plan capacity initiatives for all categories, with bottlers, JV´s, Co-Mans and Supply Chain partners in the region.
- Drive operational efficiency identifying key productivity benchmarks and results to elevate System´s performance. Responsible for establishing and lead productivity projects pipeline for the assigned territory, while, working directly with the Global team, as well as Finance, to meet productivity targets and reduce costs. Support the roll-out of current Benchmark program, by working cross-functional with the organization, Bottlers and Suppliers.
- Build a local responsive and resilient supply chain together with Inbound Supply Managers and Supply Chain Resiliency Process Leader to prevent disruptions and assure business continuity and growth
- Lead a team of 3-5 Supply Chain Professionals. Considered as a supply chain expert both internally and externally.
**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Senior Leader with over 10 + years of Supply Chain experience across multiple supply chain areas. Supply Chain projects and initiatives with concrete implementations. Franchise and Operational Leadership experience preferred.
- Lead Supply Chain communication with Central bottlers, contact manufacturers, suppliers, and other KO Supply Chain teams.
- Communicates for influence, action, and decision making with Supply Chain and across functional partners for resource allocation and decisions regarding Capacity ahead of demand.
- Lead conversations with Commercial areas (Coca Cola Company and Bottlers) regarding Demand Planning, Forecast and Next Gen S&OP
- The role frequently deals with situations where bottlers and partners have shared strategic alignment but frequent operational misalignment.
