The Costa Rica Logistics Supply Chain Analyst will report to the Costa Rica Site Logistics Manager, as part of the Global Logistics Organization. The position is responsible to support processes and systems of CR Logistics and/or Global Supply Chain organizations by developing advanced solutions to complex supply chain problems, using extensive data and mathematical/statistical methods. The role focuses in partnering with multiple organizations across Intel to analyze and improve the design of the end-to-end Supply Chain for CR Site or Global Supply Chain. Also focus in identify supply chain improvements based on thorough understanding of supply chain data, internal and external (market and competitors). This includes product flows for warehousing and transportation, and business transactions such as volumes, cost, logistics performance, freight routings and other key supply chain metrics. The position is expected to provide data analysis and business recommendations to the management team and own or drive continuous improvement initiatives in variety of areas to balance cost, service, and quality of Intel supply chain.
- Competent at performing various types of supply chain analysis.
- Support Business Unit Strategy for the Global Logistics Organization through effective collaboration with Central Teams (Logistics, Finance, Factory, Planning, Sales, others)
- Drive & influence projects that both support Business Unit objective and Optimize the Global Logistics Network.
- Effectively communicate and simplify complex supply chain solutions to various groups of stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks based on their impact on the business. Succinctly summarize the state of the business with executive messaging, focusing on the main drivers behind past or future logistics performance.
- Tolerance to data ambiguity and/or data incompleteness.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum qualifications**:

- Bachelor or a master's degree in Supply Chain / Business Management, Industrial / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, or related field with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in the following areas:

- Supply chain expertise in all its different components.
- Knowledge of International Logistics and Transportation markets and infrastructure, both in Americas but also Europe and Greater Asia Region
- Experience using analytical tools and data visualization tools, like Power BI
- Advanced analytics methods for problem solving and continuous improvement.
- Experience in working in global cross organizational teams.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Familiarity with Intel's Factory Network and/or Support organizations, or prior experience supporting or directly working with ATM/FSM/DSDP/ manufacturing.
- Knowledge of Intel's (or Industry) Semiconductor and business flows, both internal and external/outsourced (OSAT, ODM, Hybrid Supply Chains).
- Program management experience and/or Certification/knowledge in/of Project Management tools and methodologies (e.g. PLC, PMP)
- Familiarity with Intel's Financial Planning cycles, processes and calendar, and the ability to gather cost/financial data and synthesize for management report out.
- Basic understanding of the new corporate Intel vision for IDM 2.0 and/or IFS.
- Willingness to work in a truly global environment with stakeholders in the Americas, Europe, and Asia and with flexibility to meet with relevant partners in other countries.
