**Your Role and Responsibilities**
The O365 Collaboration Administrator has moderate to advanced level skills in one or more communication and collaboration technologies, both on-premise or on cloud. This includes common collaboration tools from Microsoft (Office 365, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Skype, Lync, Teams, Yammer, AD/AAD, etc), Cisco (WebEx, Jabber, etc) and others.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide timely resolution for L2/L3 tickets reported at the desk and keep customer posted on the progress on a regular basis.
- Keep tickets updated at all times for better clarity regarding progress.
- Raise change tickets and represent them in CAB review board, implementing them in the customer environment as required.
- Maintain the customer’s collaboration environment in a healthy state and take proactive measures to prevent incidents.
- Maintain a positive compliance posture of the customer’s collaboration environment at all times.
- Participate in customer, account and internal delivery interlocks for better governance and controls.
- Work with the vendors on escalations and seek closure on issues
- Participate in the timely resolution of major incidents in the customer’s collaboration environment
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Moderate to advance level Knowledge of collaboration technologies. This includes (but is not limited to) major workloads within the Office 365 Suite across various licenses and its on-premise components, including Exchange, SharePoint, Skype, Lync and similar Collaboration products such as Yammer, Cisco WebEx and Jabber
- Knowledge of On-Premise Active Directory or Azure Active Directory (AAD)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Security Products (i.e. Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS))
- Knowledge of Scripting (i.e. PowerShell)
- Basic Knowledge of Windows Server Administration
- Ability to communicate effectively (Written and Oral)
**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
- Certifications MCSA/MCSE: Exchange 2010/2013/2016/O365
**Required Education**
High School Diploma/GED
**Preferred Education**
Associate's Degree/College Diploma
