**Citi’s** **BTSS**: Business and Travel Shared Services **MARS**: Metrics, Analytics, Reporting, and Sustainability Citi’s BTSS MARS team provides advanced data and analytical support to Citi’s BTSS organization. As a Program Analyst you will work across the MARS Program pillars: Program Analytics, Sustainability, Surveillance, and Data Acquisitions. This role will focus on learning and owning key program deliverables and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of all assigned tasks. You will learn about key components of Citi’s supply chain and develop your technical and analytical skills in a challenging role on a supportive team. This role reports to Citi’s BTSS MARS Program Analytics Lead Analyst. **Responsibilities** - Support the execution and maintenance of analytics and reporting processes - Complete all BAU deliverables independently and on time - Build and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders - Monitor and track progress on initiatives - Support documentation processes: business requirement gathering, process flows - Participate in data and analytics employee engagement and peer learning opportunities **Qualifications**: - Minimum 1 year of work experience in quantitative business analytics or similar role - Advanced English level - Experience using graphs - data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau or Qlik Sense - Advanced Excel skills - Enthusiasm for helping team members improve their skills and grow their careers - Excellent written and spoken communications skills for advanced analytical concepts - Attention to detail, sense of urgency, and commitment to deadlines - Comfort interacting and negotiating with leaders at all levels in the organization - Able to influence other teams and stakeholders without authority - Comfortable working through ambiguous situations autonomously **We'd love to see experience with some of the following** - Experience and/or training in Tableau Creator or Tableau Explorer - Experience in the business travel, transportation, office supplies, paper products, forestry management, or other relevant industries - Experience or education in library and information science, data management and analytics, or similar disciplines with quantitative and qualitative analytics focus - Exposure to workflow management tools such as JIRA C12 - **Job Family Group**: Decision Management - **Job Family**: Business Analysis - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
