Technical Support Team Lead

This position requires to provide technical support for our products, in addition to monitor and supervise a small group of IT.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Successfully resolve technical issues (hardware and software) from incoming internal business’s needs
- Articulate both in writing and verbally case summary, resolution and add to Knowledge Management System (KMS)
- Monitor and supervise small group of IT

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Expertise in one or more specialized areas of IT Linux Administration, Microsoft Windows
- Basic Knowledge on Programming (On any or all of the following languages: PHP (desired), Perl)
- Basic Knowledge on MySQL Queries
- Basic Knowledge on KPI Solutions (Power BI - Metabase or others)
- Basic Knowledge with Arduinos MEGA - NANO
- Konwled on CCTV cameras configurations
- Advanced Troubleshooting skills in a multi-user high pressure environment
- Experience with Data Cabling / Computer Facilities maintenance
- Proven skills in PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment, and liquidation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (in person and via phone/radio) with peers, management, contractors and vendors.
- Professional working fluency in English and Spanish

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Certified Advanced Linux systems administration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer science or IT related field. (Advance in career)
- Mikrotik Knowledge
- Soft Skills Knowlege (Personal Management Experience)
- Project Management Skills
- Proactive Person
