Execute operational tasks for internal US/EU Request for Shipments systems. - Verify ECCN and Harmonized Tariff Code Classification and licensing requirement for product shipments. - Conduct supplemental order or transaction restricted (denied) party screening. - Support all activities relating to shipments: process domestic and international shipments, record keeping, reporting, internal audits, vendor contracts, invoices. - Coordinate customs clearances for direct vendor shipments and intercompany imports into the US and EU. - Develop strong relationships with internal shippers and external carriers and forwarder/brokers to ensure compliance to US/EU export regulations. - Act as a liaison between internal users and logistics providers to meet tradeshow and equipment delivery schedules. - Provide accurate and timely updates to users throughout the shipping/delivery process. - Drive the continuous improvement of MediaTek USA’s Internal Compliance Program, including automating logistics processes and procedures.
- 1-4 years of experience in logistics management or coordination. - Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Trade Compliance or related field preferred. - Experience using Logistics and Global Trade Management systems. - Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently. - Demonstrated ability to set priorities and meet timelines. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs. - Knowledge of semiconductor products a plus. - Customs Broker License a plus
