Join Amazon’s HR team and help make a difference for all Amazonians We are recruiting for Process Lead, Transfers team member. This position is based out of SJO10 and specializes in employee movements as part of the employee life cycle. The work focuses on answering questions and processing transactions in HR systems from various contacts, including HR, Compensation, Recruitment, Managers and Employees. As a member of the team, you are also responsible for assisting with training and communication to HR partners and Amazon employees to build consistency and encourage self-service. Become a part of our HRS Service Delivery and work one-on-one with employees while maintaining successful partnerships with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to provide a world-class employee experience. Put your exceptional customer service, communication and organizational skills, superior attention to detail and ability to prioritize to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing HR environment.
Key job responsibilities
Case Management - handles transfer cases for the region or work streams assigned.
- Help to balance workload and offer prioritization.
- Responding timely and accurately to inquiries regarding policies and programs related to employee movements.
- Ensure the Service levels and KPIs are achieved at all times for Transfers requests.
- Respond to questions from managers and HR.
- Manage confidential and sensitive employee information and adhere to strict confidentiality standards
- Communicating to leadership and Specialist about areas of opportunity of the process.
- Assist with training for new team members, and assist with process inquiries or specific cases.
- Support manager with project handling and reporting tasks.those.
