**Job Purpose
This position will support Commercial Operations, Sales, Marketing and Finance depts. with:

- Performing orders reporting and analysis for North America, including supporting the Sales and Operations Planning process.
- Pricing analyses including Price Council data collection and analysis, and price / mix analyses

**Responsibilities**:
Support Commercial Operations, Sales, Marketing and Finance departments with report preparation and data analysis:

- Collecting, compiling and analyzing PWS Price Council data, including working with World Areas to analyze data and prepare for presentations
- Perform detailed market segment (family) price/mix analyses in order to understand the impact of various pricing strategies on our business
- Performed detailed analyses on surcharges in order to understand impact on our business.
- Review data in business systems for quality
- Understand financial and marketing measures, along with how data collected is used for business analysis
- Perform data analysis, with the ability to create work instructions for recurring analyses and reporting, and the ability to create ad-hoc analyses.
- Pro-actively communicate with others within group, and other departments and world areas about data structure, definitions of attributes (KOB, etc.) and results of data analysis
- Solve problems related to data collection, quality of input, and various business systems.
- Demonstrate initiative in problem solving and reaching out to others for information and to communicate results.

Specifically, for North America pricing and orders reporting, perform duties such as:

- Provide support to Commercial Operations on specific financial and pricing reporting per request
- Provide support for Customer Quarterly Alliance Agreement Reports, and other customer spend/price reports
- Provide support for pricing analytics for special price projects as needed
- Provide support for LifeCycle pricing analytics, and reports from Vendavo
- Provide support for annual List Price increases updates and maintenance, and List Price desk
- Provide support on the sales orders creation in Oracle for all the Intercompany hardware and software projects
- Analyze and report orders data to senior management and finance team
- Provide support to Commercial Operations for miscellaneous, ad-hoc reporting
- Provide testing support for various business systems when required
- Prepare both detailed spreadsheets and summary reports

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or marketing discipline
- +5 years’ of commercial and analytical experience
- Proficient in Spanish and English.
- Effective communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Intermediate-advance Excel: Pivot table, Concatenate, VLOOKUPs
- Knowledge in Power BI or Tableau is a plus
