5+ years of finance experience or a related analytical field.
- BA/BS Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering or similar discipline with analytical bias.

Key job responsibilities
- Drive initiatives and goals with product leaders and business stakeholders.
- Driving planning and budgeting and related deliverables, and ensuring financial discipline and compliance.
- Prepare financial metrics, financial reporting, and financial analysis.
- Manage and execute entire projects or components of large projects from start to finish.
- Provide controllership over several variable costs of the business.
- Anticipate business requirements, trends, and variances; develop action plans; measure and analyze results; initiate corrective actions; minimize the impact of negative variances.
- Prepare financial metrics, financial reporting, and financial analysis.
- Lead periodic long-term planning and forecasting efforts.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Strong analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience operating successfully in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, and have the ability to influence the decisions of senior business leaders through effective verbal and written communication, logical reasoning, and the presentation of alternatives
- Solid business judgment capable of driving an organization to the right results with a focused, pragmatic, approach to the business
- Be attentive to details and possess the ability to deal with ambiguity
- FP&A experience a plus
- Experience with Cognos TM1 a plus
- Experience with IBM Planning Analytics for Excel (PAx) a plus
