Role/Responsibilities

**Functional Responsibilities**:

- Support the Investor Relations team during Moody’s quarterly earnings and Board meetings, non-deal roadshows, and industry conferences attended by investors and Moody’s senior management.
- Collaborate with various teams across the organization to identify and verify financial data and trends. Assist other Investor Relations team member in responding to information requests.
- Distribute equity analyst reports to Moody’s management. Assist in tracking and analyzing Wall Street analysts’ earnings and valuation models.
- Track shareholder ownership and assist with maintenance of investor relations’ contact database.
- Provide content updates to Moody’s Investor Relations website.
- Monitor and analyze announcements, earnings calls, attendance at conferences, financial results, and other market events for the information services industry.
- Attend and participate in investor meetings with senior management as requested.
- Help oversee meeting logistics as needed.
- Ad-hoc analytical and team support as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other business discipline or progress toward equivalent accountancy qualification
- Preferred one year of experience in a finance environment

**Key Competencies**
- Proficiency in English in both written and verbal communication
- Strong PC skills, especially Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint; ability to adapt and leverage evolving technologies; PowerBI a plus
- Professional demeanor and integrity as well as strong interpersonal, teamwork and organizational skills
- Passionate about the capital markets and eager to learn about the information services industry.
- Attention to details with capacity to understand the bigger picture
- Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with sometime competing priorities.
