**Job Description**:
**Supplier Provided Services**

Supplier will provide the following services (collectively, the "Services"):
**3.1.1 Case management**
- Creation of cases for commercial clients
- Attention of calls to technical support groups

**3.1.2 Technical Support**
- Attention of calls to clients of EE., Canada, MX and MCA. Support in English and Spanish.
- Technical support for the printing area for both commercial
- Handling of administrative requests for adequate support to our clients (example: case review, order placement (parts))
- Creation and administration of cases for clients of the commercial area. Activities of documentation, follow-up and closure of incidents.

**Qualifications**:
**Requirements**:

- English proficiency (B2+ or above).
- Understanding of IT terminology
- High School Diploma.
- CS and tech support experience (1+ years)
