CAN Capital is a market leader in small business finance with over $7B in small business fundings to over 81,000 businesses. We continue to grow, and as a result, we are looking for a skilled and motivated professional to join our Technology team

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for manual or automated testing related activities in support of the Salesforce Application and other company platforms.
- Write detailed test cases and follow sound QA practices to drive quality.
- Follow best software development practices in documentation, code reviews, version control and commenting in code.
- Track software bugs and investigate the causes.
- Collaborate with other teams to learn and share ideas around test Analyst.
- Classify software components according to priority and specific metrics (so appropriate actions and plans could be taken).
- Develop and execute thorough test plans in a timely and efficient manner for all areas of the product.
- Create manual and automated test scripts for projects, sprints, phases or Kanban related tasks.
- Participate in Scrum/Kanban team activities.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team of business analysts, developers, testers and project managers to contribute toward the creation and maintenance of an automated testing framework.
- Continually research new technologies and incorporate that new knowledge into the ongoing QA process.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, software engineering or related.
- 2+ years of experience as a QA Engineer and/or Software Quality Assurance activities.
- 1+ years of experience as a software developer (ex: experience in Selenium, Java, and Python a plus).- Good understanding of database concepts.
- Strong project management skills (including planning, prioritization and delivering deadlines).
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to learn quickly and deliver results in a high-pressure, high-profile environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- English Level required B2 or up.
- Ability to work remotely for extended periods of time while remaining productive and engaged.
- Experience in Agile environments is a plus.
- Experience in Cloud Lending Solutions (CLS) Platform in Salesforce is a plus
- Experience using Jira/Confluence is a plus.
- Broad knowledge of Rest APIs
- Experience with Salesforce automated test tools or postman a plus.
