We are looking for someone who will grow a career in data; in charge of running and building reports, data extraction, and data visualization. This position will give you visibility of end-to-end business and the opportunity to obtain experience in a top demand career.
**Role Responsibilities**
- You will work closely with sales General Managers and sales teams, data analytics and provisioning teams and other operational resources in executing business strategies.
- You will develop reports/dashboards/scorecards by accessing information from various financial systems and company databases to build insights into business performance.
- You are responsible for providing accurate, timely, and comprehensive reports to facilitate management decisions.
- As part of your role, you will analyze performance trends to assess business risks and opportunities.
- Responsible for supporting sales by developing and improving processes, systems, policies, and procedures; including research and analysis of business opportunities consistent with the organization's strategic plans.
- Point of liaison between the field and other business/operational departments.
- Work efficiently across other business units to ensure issues reported within the implementation cycle get resolved quickly and effectively.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships with internal departments to implement business strategies.
- Assist with cross-functional projects and perform other business/operational duties as assigned.
**Role Requirements**
- Intermediate to Advanced English Level.
- Unrestricted work permit.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
- 1+ years’ experience related to sales and client support and administration.
- You must have advanced Excel skills and intermediate/advance knowledge of Power BI and SQL.
- Verifiable experience developing Power BI dashboards and querying from multiple sources.
Salesforce is considered an added advantage.
