**SENIORITY LEVEL**:Non-management

**LOCATION**:Heredia, Costa Rica

**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

Global Data Management junior analyst ensure the timely accurate data objects maintenance. The role requires good communication skills as it is the first point of contact in the relation with our customers and agility to understand the process and to adapt to the EM needs.

**Reports to**:Data Management Assistant Manager

**Reporting Level**:No direct reports.

**Geographic Scope**:USA

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Creation and maintenance of Master Data objects for all British American Tobacco Global Business Services customers in accordance with British American Tobacco Global Business Services Master Data process designs.
- Vendors, WBS, Fixed Assets, Exchange rates.
- Ensuring ad-hoc reports extracted from the system are dealt in line with Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Ensuring timeless Master Data.
- Accuracy and completeness of all Master Data.
- Identifying and resolving data quality issues concerning Supplier Invoice Management tables.
- Adherence to the procedure manuals.

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills, positive and well organized.
- Prioritizes own work / understands escalation trigger points
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office standard pack (Excel, Word, Access, Power Point)
- Very good command of English, spoken and written. (B2+/C1)
- University Degree.

**BENEFICIAL**
- Experience in Data Management.
- Economic studies is considered a plus
