Pws Project Planning Specialist I

To provide planning and controlling support to multi-projects and develop forecasts using information gathered from the various engineering/industry centers and tools.
- To work closely with Project Manager(s) and Engineers to set-up, implement and follow-up on resource, buyouts and projects forecast.
- To develop and provide business level information and specific reports to Management on project status and administrative processes to facilitate organizational planning and staffing strategy.
- To provide financial level information to the Project Manager(s) on project status and financial assets such as (budgets, invoicing, inventory, sales etc.)
- To analyze resource utilization and capacity planning.
- To meet defined standard metrics (Quality, OTD, Customer Satisfaction, TAT) and identify opportunities for improvement.
- To streamline reporting systems within business needs.
- To serve as back-up support for other project analysts and project specialists as necessary.
**Qualifications
- Business degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineer.
- 4+ years’ experience in a project, financial or operational support positions.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook, especially intermediate Power BI, advanced Excel and intermediate PowerPoint
- Intermediate Financial Analysis capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills. B2 English level.
Proven experience working with high detail-oriented customers
