**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

The Planning and Reporting Assistant manager needs to have great analytical skills and challenge the status quo. With a thorough understanding of core controllership processes, the Planning and Reporting Assistant manager is responsible to lead the team to support US End market in their queries and strengthen the control environment and develop new initiatives across the P&R function for the US Market. The role will combine good accounting knowledge with communication skills and solid forecast and planning knowledge.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Review Volume forecast load in US BPC by SKUs and validation on a Monthly Basis in all US categories (FMC, Traditional Oral, Modern Oral and Vapor).
- Manage actual Volume reporting to the Centre during WD5 and review P&L Monthly reconciliation between BPC system (US and MGMT) by category, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow to guarantee the accuracy in both systems during SOP Cycle at Region Level.
- Month End Actual reporting of PL by Category, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow and monthly Overhead Dashboard Reporting by function, cost center and cost element group in Power BI.
- Review Volume forecast load in US BPC by SKUs and validation on a Monthly Basis in all US categories (FMC, Traditional Oral, Modern Oral and Vapor).
- Lead and present the operational Status for US Management support team and lead ad hoc Requirements from the US FP&A team.
- Month End Actual reporting of PL by Category, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow and monthly Overhead Dashboard Reporting by function, cost center and cost element group in Power BI.
- Oversee Monthly Planning and Reporting process managed from Shared Services Center (GBS) for US end market (calendar/deadline adherence, data reconciliations and completeness).
- Support US end market users on BPC system functionality and issue/query resolution.

**CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?**
- Are you bilingual?
- Do you have 3+ years of experience in Planning and reporting?

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- 3+ years’ experience in a multinational company in Planning and reporting.
- Must be flexible and adaptable to work with various levels of employees and leaders (up to and including executives).
- Must have proven ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- SAP knowledge.
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Bilingual (Spanish and English level 95%+).
- University degree (Accounting, Economic of Finance).
