**Responsibilities**:

- Work with business stakeholders to validate requirements and map to system functionality
- Work with technical teams and vendors to review the end-to-end solution proposed, and identify any localizations required
- Provide internal consultancy and billing expertise / best practices e.g. product / pricing configuration, billing account structure, standard interfaces, etc
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key business stakeholders

**Qualifications**

**Required**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
- Hands-on experience with SQL to create queries and generate reports
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English & Spanish) with the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical individuals
- 3-5 years of experience in similar roles
- Self-starter able to work proactively and with mínimal supervision
- Team player with abilities to work in complex cross-functional and geographically diverse teams

**Desired**:

- Scrum / Agile methodologies.
- Previous exposure to Java or Oracle PL/SQL stored procedures
