**Telecom (TEM) Vendor Manager (Remote)**

**Heredia, Costa Rica**

SGF Global is looking for a Telecom (TEM) Vendor Manager, for IT enterprise in Heredia, Costa Rica.

**Overview**:
**Requirements**:

- B.S./B.A. degree level, although relevant experience and strong track record is more important.
- **Experience in the lifecycle of incidents and related metrics.**:

- Proficient knowledge of telecommunications products and services
- Strong understanding of Technology Infrastructure environment and Products
- Understanding of the various telecom offerings (extranet, point to point, cross connect etc.)
- Advanced knowledge working with Microsoft Office and the use of queries.
- Experience visualizing, creating, and maintaining useful metrics that assist with operational oversight and identify areas of improvement.
- Have good communication, presentation, and analytical skills with the ability to articulate to stakeholders
- Understand the importance of prioritization of work.
- Preferred 3+ years’ experience in managing projects, with proven ability to influence others without direct authority (nice to have)
- ITIL Certification is a plus. (nice to have)
- Experience working with JIRA and Confluence. (nice to have)
- Portuguese knowledge is a plus. (nice to have)
- Project Management certifications are a plus (nice to have)
- English C1
- Full time (8h)

**Duties and Tasks**:

- Manage SLA breaches by analyzing service downtimes versus contractual clauses and claiming credits in return.
- Conduct regular meetings to review the service KPI’s.
- Review and conciliate the network inventory.
- Support the operational areas in case of escalations during the Incident Management process.
- Identification of chronic problems and lead the root cause analysis with the carrier and operational teams.
- Manage service improvement plans to improve stability.
