**Job Description**:
Supply Network Planners, also known as supply chain planners, form a key part of the logistics department of a company. Their job is to anticipate and maintain stock levels to ensure the business runs smoothly.

Duties and responsibilities:

- Project Implementation and Leadership: Increases knowledge of supply chain strategies and activities to meet specific customer requirements through assigned activities and interaction with peers and clients. May lead implementation projects and provide direction to focused teams.
- Supply Chain Process Improvement: Identifies opportunities for process improvements that improve service, speed or cost, through analysis of supply chain information and metrics. Recognizes impacts on related processes and ensures communication of issues and proposed solutions to appropriate business and process owners
- Responsible to plan finished goods for US to achieve target service level within inventory and cost objectives
- Manage exceptions throughout the global distribution network, determining how best to resolve supply constraints to balance service, inventory and cost, in the best interest of the supply chain as a whole
- Be accountable for service - product available at the right time and right distribution center
- Optimize and maintain planning parameters
- Proactively communicate supply status and potential risks while leading issue resolution to ensure supply continuity
- Collaborating with relevant stakeholders (US and Global Business, Sourcing, Lean Value stream manager, IBP, Manufactory) to highlight and resolve gaps, challenges and operational performance issues

- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university
- Relevant experiences in Supply Chain Planning
- Strong analytical skills
- Demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English - spoken and written

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

- APICS
- Multi-cultural awareness and emotional intelligence
- Lean Six Sigma experience

Knowledge and skills:

- SAP knowledge is must
