We are seeking a **Scrum Master** to join our Patient Context Management (PCM) team with a focus on driving Agile methodologies for a hybrid on-prem/cloud solution This is a remote opportunity based out of Costa Rica.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Facilitate scrum ceremonies.
- Track scrum metrics to improve team efficiency.
- Assist teams in overcoming challenges and blockers.
- Drive software delivery initiatives for release and hotfix.

**Qualifications**
- Certified Scrum Master or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years of Scrum Master and Delivery Manager experience
- Experience working on hybrid projects involving on-prem and cloud components.
- Fluent in English language.
