**Better requires process discipline and simplification**

For such a detail-driven role, you’ll have a bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering and 5 years of experience in a similar function or fraud risk. You’ll have advanced Microsoft Office skills and proven experience in data analysis. You’ll have a data and metrics driven mindset and you’ll be an expert in E-Commers and market trends. Previous experience of lean and agile working methodologies is exclusive. SQL and HQL queries are desirable. You’ll need experience in managing audits and reports, business process re-engineering experience is a plus. Also, you’ll need strong communication and presentation skills. You’ll have the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks independently.
