Job Description Summary
Recommends and implements strategies to achieve marketing goals for assigned products and services for one or more areas or market segments; supports sales and advertising programs incl. proposal generation; performs market research projects; creates reports; recommends marketing approaches; manages campaigns and works with internal and external stakeholders. Individual contributor with comprehensive knowledge in specific area; ability to execute highly complex or specialized projects.

**Primary Location**:
Primary location will be Costa Rica. Budget Relocation not approved for this role.
**Position Overview**:
**Front-Line Marketing Portfolio Manager will**:
**Managing bottler alignment on the marketing agenda**: portfolio priorities and category/brand strategies and plans (objectives, DME investments, success metrics and activity calendars, including Innovation projects and IMX Campaigns) in partnership with C&CL and Franchise Leadership.
Actively work on regional market development to ensure the right implementation of projects
Provide market input for the development of Operating Unit
- and market-level Innovation projects
Provide input to localization and real-time amplification of IMX campaigns within the Franchise units
Support / execute local media buying that cannot be bought at Operating Unit
- level (through Marketing procurement, in coordination with IMX)
Manage brand activation at the local level, including POS activations & promos and experiential marketing and events (leveraging mkt assets), in coordination with bottlers
Support the System in Customer & Shopper marketing agenda, maintaining strong relationships with key customers.
**Work Focus**:
Ability to provide franchise unit-level input on marketing plans (e.g. consumer / shopper insights) and other key elements of broader Operating Unit strategy, as necessary
Ability to develop relationships with key bottlers and ensure alignment and buy-in on Marketing agenda
Ability to lead negotiations and alignment with key stakeholders
Ability to coordinate full details (calendars, resources, metrics) of local activation with Bottlers
Ability to identify needs for campaign localization or customization as necessary
Ability to support, execute media buying (in partnership with Mkt procurement and IMX), as necessary
**Related Work Experience**:
Marketing and leadership experience (10-12 years)
Business, commercial and financial acumen
Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams is preferred
