**Chat Assassins** works with premium personal brands. Our solutions consist of building their teams and systems that generate our clients more leads and sales. We are a premium service and hold ourselves to very high standards.

We're looking for a highly skilled individual who values relationships, has attention to details, high standards, and likes to be around other Grade A players, and who is looking to work under a **night schedule **that will allow them to focus on personal development and projects during the day. **The schedules for this position are:Monday - Friday: 5 p.m. - 1 a.m. ESTWeekends: 1-2 hours per day at your convenience. If you are looking for a sales position with growth opportunities, that will allow you to work with international clients, with access to excellent commissions while you succeed in achieving your personal goals and projects? This position is for YOU**

**Your Specific Responsibilities**
- Set appointments for leads to talk to an Account Expert.
- Meet monthly and weekly sales goals (Setting appointments and making sales)
- Provide customers with exceptional customer service
- Answering customer questions about features, benefits, pricing, and availability
- Successfully convert prospects into long-term business relationships
- Collaborate with the sales team as well and input ideas

**Our team will provide you with**
- Thorough **sales training programs valued at $100,000+ USD** - step-by-step processes to close deals.
- **Mentorship** - Guided 1:1 support in your learning journey.
- Sales process strategies will be discussed and collaborated on with our success team so you can close as many sales as possible.
- **There is no cap on commissions. **Your earnings will highly depend on your performance.
- The amounts stated below are averages collected from the performance statistics of current team members.
- **$ Monthly Income Range (USD) from Hourly + Commissions**:

- Training Stage: $500-$800
- After completing training, your earnings will depend on **Hourly + Commissions + Bonuses** as follows
- Average Performance Level: $800-$1500/month
- Good Performance Level: $1,600-$2,000/month
- Excellent Performance Level: $2,500-$3,000+/month
- **No limit on commissions**

**Requirements**:

- **Full availability to work under the following schedule:5 P.M EST - 1 A.M EST**:

- **Proven experience of at least 6mo in cold calling or similar sales/customer service role**:

- **Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone**:

- **Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills**:

- **C1-C2 English (Spoken near-native or native)**:

- Computer with Windows 8 or newer or Mac OS 2015 or newer.
- Full-Time Availability

Pay: ₡430,000.00 - ₡810,000.00 per month
