**Job Description**:
Job Summary:
The person filling this role in Cybersecurity Technology Operations will join 3M’s world-class Information Security, Risk and Compliance organization focused on the ongoing design, implementation, and support of 3M’s IT Cybersecurity infrastructure. You will help support the day-to-day operations of the Cybersecurity team. This role will drive efficiency and effectiveness into the daily management and strategic growth of our Cybersecurity team. Demonstrated skills in organization, technologies, document management, and team communication are required.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Participate in a global collaborative team
- Responsibility for managing break/fix and support cases for our Cybersecurity technologies. This requires a high-level understanding of how many technologies work together including: Active Directory, Single Sign-on, Group Policy, Secure Web Gateway, PKI, MFA, etc.
- Support Active Directory, SSO, and MFA infrastructure and configurations
- Process Certificate Requests
- Monitoring and responding to automated alerts and metrics
- Manage reporting of service level metrics
- Other duties as required by the STS team management
- Serve in an on-call rotation, including evening or weekend hours.

Basic Qualifications:

- High School Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited institution
- Minimum 2 years of experience with infrastructure or system administration for a large-scale corporate environment
- Minimum 5 years of experience in user troubleshooting and support for a large-scale corporate environment
- Intermediate administrative knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, Group Policy, Windows and Linux server management, TCP/IP, DNS, SSO, and MFA
- Knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change and Release management
- Advanced English knowledge (C1)

Preferred Qualifications:

- Strong analytical skills
- Three (3) years of IT Security experience
- Prefer 2-3 years of experience with system administration for a large-scale Active Directory infrastructure (~20,000+ users)
- Knowledge of and experience with security best practices and technologies
- Experience scripting system administration tasks in PowerShell or VBScript
- Knowledge of virtualization (VMware)
- Working knowledge of Linux desirable
- Knowledge of networking, including DNS, DHCP, RADIUS, and firewalls
