The Growth Operations Manager in the Self-Service organization will be responsible for campaign execution in a fast-paced environment. As an important element to the customer’s experience, you’ll be at the center of cross-functional teams from the Self-Service, Marketing, Product, and Engineering organizations to serve as the Admin of our in-house automation tool, the customer engagement platform (CEP). You’ll shape the future of CEP, launch communications governance, processes, and best practices and execute all customer communications.
The impact you will have:
- Execute and QA instructional and operational customer communications in CEP, including but not limited to building the HTML messages, adding the templates to CEP, QAing the target audience and the messages, managing the approval process, working with necessary teams for automation of always-on comms, and scheduling and sending one-time sends.
- Serve as lead in customer communications volume control
- Leverage experience with marketing automation (Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, etc) and/or customer success automation (Gainsight, Totango, etc) to serve as an Admin for CEP to program manage feature enhancements and system fixes with the CEP team
- Troubleshoot CEP issues as they arise
- Manage CEP metrics dashboard, raise awareness to high and low performing comms, and make recommendations to improve performance.
- Ability and desire to contribute ideas to improve processes and system performance
What we look for:
- 4+ years of experience in marketing operations or marketing automation; experience working with installed base marketing or customer success is preferred
- BA/BS Degree or equivalent working experience
- Advanced proficiency with marketing automation tools and best practices
- Python or SQL experience and basic HTML experience is preferred
- Good communication and collaboration skills with the ability to keep all necessary stakeholders informed in a timely manner
- Exceptional project management and organization skills; experience with Jira is a plus
- Maintain quality of work in fast-paced, dynamic environments
