You are a specialist in a process, workstream or area in Mondelēz International Business Services, working to support impeccable service operations.

**How you will contribute**

You will use your in-depth process and service knowledge in your area of expertise to ensure that service level agreements and obligations are met. As a co-owner of the development of standard operating procedures, you will drive standardization and simplification of processes. In addition, you will provide input for training materials, ensure that standard operating procedures and data protection activities comply with Mondelēz International policies and the law, analyze and report on exceptions and offer recommendations for process improvements, and lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team.

**Main **responsibilities**:

- Drafts and sends year end communications to inform managers that compensation statements are ready.
- Prepares data for year-end templates and performs user acceptance testing in the comp planning tool per test scripts.
- Prepares payroll files for incentive and/or trigger merit activation.
- Communicates denial on compensation action with rational to original requestor or resubmit within guidelines.
- Sends local surveys to participants; works with COE to consolidate survey results and shares them with participants.
- Administer non-union blue collar, offline and work council negotiation salary increases in Workday, communicates to employee's manager, providing salary change letter as appropriate.
- Supports the coordination of annual salary and ad hoc survey delivery with vendor, collects survey data and provides to requestor.
- Performs data quality, validation check of salary range and merit matrix settings; supports the annual salary planning; makes recommendations and gets approval.
- Run standard and ad hoc reports as needed
- Resolves data issues and cases with comp tool.
- Prepares Equity-related data to be sent to Payroll for processing in a timely manner

- Associate Degree or Bachelors Degree preferred (All majors accepted; Human Resources, Business, Finance or others related areas)
- Experience with Compensation Administration (1-2 years) preferred
- Experience in managing big amounts of data in electronic worksheets and ERP systems is required (e.g. Workday).
- Experience working in different time zones/global org
- Strong analytical skills, including demonstrated data analysis and interpretation skills required
- Proficiency in Excel advance (required)
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail (critical)
- English language fluent required, multi-lingual with strong written and verbal communication skills - business fluent
- Portuguese is desired
- Strong customer service orientation
- Self-directed, able to multi-task and manage fluctuating workload
- High operational excellence
- Experience managing salary surveys, market pricing and salary range analysis is preferred;
- Experience supporting mid-size projects is required.
