Buscamos un Analista de Compensación dinámico y orientado a los datos para unirse a nuestro equipo en Costa Rica, brindando soporte estratégico a la región de Norteamérica. El candidato ideal tendrá al menos un año de experiencia en compensación y beneficios, con una sólida comprensión de las prácticas del mercado y la capacidad de traducir datos en insights accionables. Este rol contribuirá a la atracción, retención y motivación de nuestro talento a través de la administración y análisis de programas de compensación y beneficios.
Responsabilidades Clave:
- Análisis de Beneficios: Colaborar en la administración, análisis y comunicación de programas de beneficios para asegurar que sean competitivos y cumplan con las regulaciones locales y regionales.
- Diseño y Participación en Encuestas: Participar en la creación, recopilación de datos y análisis de encuestas de compensación de mercado para benchmarking.
- Análisis de Incrementos Salariales: Realizar análisis detallados para los ciclos anuales de revisión salarial, ajustes por mérito y promociones, asegurando la equidad interna y competitividad externa.
- Planeación Salarial: Apoyar en la planificación y el diseño de estructuras salariales, bandas salariales y políticas de compensación que alineen con la estrategia de negocio y el mercado.
- Benchmarking de Mercado: Investigar, analizar y presentar datos de benchmarking de compensación para asegurar que nuestros programas sigan siendo competitivos en la región de Norteamérica.
- Reportes y Análisis de Datos: Generar reportes regulares y ad-hoc sobre métricas de compensación, identificar tendencias y proporcionar recomendaciones basadas en datos.
- Soporte a Stakeholders: Actuar como punto de contacto para consultas de HR Business Partners y líderes sobre políticas y programas de compensación y beneficios.
- Cumplimiento: Asegurar que todos los programas y prácticas de compensación cumplan con las leyes laborales aplicables y las políticas internas.
- Participación en Proyectos: Contribuir en proyectos especiales relacionados con compensación y beneficios, incluyendo la implementación de nuevas herramientas o procesos.
Calificaciones y Experiencia:
- Educación: Licenciatura en Recursos Humanos, Administración de Empresas, Finanzas, o campo relacionado.
- Experiencia: Mínimo 1 año de experiencia progresiva en roles de Compensación, Beneficios, Análisis de HR o roles similares.
- Habilidades Técnicas:
- Manejo avanzado de Microsoft Excel (tablas dinámicas, funciones de búsqueda, análisis de datos).
- Experiencia con sistemas de información de RRHH (HRIS).
- Conocimientos Específicos:
- Experiencia demostrable en la creación o participación en encuestas de compensación.
- Sólida capacidad para realizar análisis de incrementos salariales y planificación de salarios.
- Familiaridad con prácticas de benchmarking de compensación.
- Comprensión de los principios de diseño y administración de beneficios.
- Idiomas: Nivel de inglés avanzado (hablado y escrito) indispensable para la comunicación efectiva con equipos y stakeholders en Norteamérica.
