Job Description:

- Onsite - Costa Rica, Mandatory English & Spanish language requirement.
- 5-8 Years of experience in Payroll Process knowledge is must & has worked on Time/Payroll Data conversion, Data reconciliation activities.
- Should be able to work during applicable time zone for the LATAM region
- Understanding of payroll processes, payroll conversions, and payroll integrations
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and self-starter on information gathering and analysis

Preferred to have:

- Experience in the data quality, data integration and data management
- Experience with Alteryx is a preferred to have.
