The Intel COS COE is chartered with delivering the total Intel Cost and Inventory picture. The Central Cost and Inventory team is where data and analytics occur that help execute our close processes and key metrics for businesses to run.

The Senior Reserve Analyst is responsible for identifying, designing, and executing business and system procedures that will help solving issues of current processes as well as keeping stakeholders informed on actions and impact. Additional responsibility includes analyze and drive close process improvement as well as design and deliver reports/tools that will help facilitate analysis in actual. Partner with other central cost pillars (Units, Allocation and Gross Inventory), BU and IT for better alignment on system vs business process. Own and execute SOX controls required and identify risks associated with the control.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor´s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or related field.
- 5+ years of relevant working experience in Finance, including Cost and Inventory.
- Advanced Excel knowledge.
- Advanced English level.
- Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- MBA degree.
- A thorough knowledge of our manufacturing processes, product development, financial statements, as well as a working knowledge of Inventory and Cost accounting.
- Intermediate/Advanced PowerBI experience

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
