Description
We are seeking a hands-on Senior Financial Analyst to support core FP&A and reporting. This role is focused on monthly actuals reporting, weekly sales metrics, ARR performance analysis, sales commission tracking, and forecasting/budgeting.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys owning their work end-to-end, can solve problems independently, and has a startup mentality—comfortable figuring things out and building new processes

Key Responsibilities
Monthly Actuals & Reporting
· Own
monthly close actuals reporting
, including management P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, revenue detail, and variance analysis vs. budget and forecast

· Produce reliable, repeatable
monthly reporting outputs
used by leadership

Weekly Sales & Revenue Metrics
· Prepare
weekly sales, bookings, and ARR movement reports using Salesforce data
· Monitor performance vs. targets and flag notable trends or anomalies

· Maintain consistency and accuracy of sales and revenue metrics

SaaS & Professional Services Analysis
· Analyze core SaaS metrics including
ARR, churn, retention, expansion, and bookings
· Support financial reporting for
professional services business
, including:

o Services backlog tracking

o Business unit profitability and margin analysis

Commissions, SPIFFs & Process Build-Out
· Manage
sales commission tracking, payout calculations, and reporting
· Take ownership of
new or evolving commission initiatives
, including leveraging new Salesforce tools and models

· Improve documentation, controls, and repeatability of commission processes

Forecasting, Budgeting & Planning
· Support monthly and quarterly forecasts and annual budgeting, including revenue, headcount, and operating expense planning

· Maintain and improve forecast models, assumptions, and driver-based planning logic

· Analyze forecast vs. actuals and incorporate learnings into future planning cycles

Preferred
· Experience with Netsuite Planning + Budgeting, Salesforce, SPIFF tools, or commission management platforms

· Exposure to professional services metrics (backlog, utilization, margins)

· Background in smaller, fast-moving, or resource-lean finance teams

Skills Knowledge and Expertise
Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• MBA, CPA, or CFA is a plus but not required

Experience

• 4–7+ years
  of progressive experience in FP&A, revenue finance, or corporate finance
• Proficient/Advanced
  level of English.
• Prior experience in a
  SaaS or subscription-based business
  strongly preferred
• Hands-on ownership of
  monthly close, actuals reporting, and variance analysis
• Experience supporting leadership with
  management-level financial reporting
