**Acerca de la vacante**:
**Funciones del Puesto**:

- Mantener al día las reservas de los clientes en el sistema de EC Rent a Car.
- Coordinar con los departamentos internos la gestión de reservas de EC Rent a Car Costa Rica.
- Brindar un servicio al cliente de al menos un 97% en el nível de servicio de EC Rent a Car Costa Rica.
- Gestionar los contratos de renta de vehículos de EC Rent a Car.
- Realizar la creación y atención de clientes en el sistema ERP.
- Brindar apoyo en gestión de encuestas a los clientes.
- Atender y utilizar el radio para comunicarse con los otros departamentos de la empresa.
- Gestionar prepagos y pagos de rentas.
- Realizar la atención de llamadas locales e internacionales.
- Atender solicitudes, quejas y requerimientos de nuestros clientes corporativos, comisionistas, cliente directo, entre otros.
- Apoyar en la logística de la operación diaria Ej.: Cambios, extensiones, recolecciones, etc.
- Coordinar traslado de clientes al aeropuerto.
- Asistir en la gestión de reservas de la organización.
- Contactar clientes para confirmar reservas.
- Atender consultas y solicitudes que ingresen por medio de los diferentes canales digitales de la empresa.
- Atender el livechat de la página web de la empresa
- Gestionar y actualizar la base de datos de clientes recurrentes y potenciales diariamente
- Realizar seguimiento de cotizaciones
- Realizar el proceso de revisión de inconsistencias en las plataformas versus el sistema Wheels
- Ingresar al sistema Wheels los claims y complains de los clientes y dar seguimiento al proceso, con el fin de que las partes involucradas de la empresa puedan dar solución a las quejas
- Gestionar el estudio crediticio de clientes nacionales para asegurar que sean clientes con un perfil de crédito positivo
- Apoyar en otras áreas de la operación de la empresa cuando se requiera
- Realizar cualquier otra función que le asigne el superior inmediato

**Requisitos del Puesto**:

- Ingles avanzado (B1 mínimo)
- Tener conocimiento en paquetes de Microsoft, bases de datos de brokers, CRM como Salesforce, ERP como Odoo
- Técnico de Servicio al Cliente
- Mínimo más de 2años en puestos similares.
