Right now, we are looking for **Project Managers** to join our Agile Delivery Studio This Studio focuses on improving the way our customers’ work by leveraging our unique agile pods methodology. We provide customer-centered rapid evaluations and enhancement of products through an agile design and iteration process.
- You will get the chance to:_
- Establish the project schedule and owners, as well as milestones and drive sensible deadlines.
- Identify key input data and activities needed to deliver the milestones per workstream.
- Lead weekly meetings.
- Prepare project CPS, Raid Log, and Risk template.
- Ensure communication is fluid and without issues.-
- Resolve blocking problems, and facilitate delivery. Able to assign individual responsibilities, develop appropriate milestones and launch schedules to ensure timely and successful delivery of the workstream or milestone within a project.- Learn the business needs and/or workflows involved in your workstream or milestones- Understand the affected area needs/problem(s) and incorporate their context into project plans.- Define and clarify business procedures and process requirements.- Able to identify items to escalate process improvements and needed features (and their priority) negotiations, distinguishing between important and urgent to the respective program manager.

- Well organized with good presentation skills
- **4+ years relevant experience in project management.**:

- Understands and applies project management concepts effectively (e.g., project charter, statement of work, responsibility matrix, functional requirements, implementation approach and stages, critical path schedule, etc.).
- Basic DSS programing skills or html.
- Knowledge of PM tools such as Salesforce and TestRail.
- General understating of basic tax concepts is a plus
- Has experience in at least one project management tool. (i.e. MS Projects) 2+ years project management experience (leading a project area not as an execution team member)
