**What this job involves**: The Program Manager is responsible for delivering operational excellence through active management of ongoing requirements and deliverables. This role will manage web-based Program activities, reporting accuracy and enhancements, documentation, and general program infrastructure impacting both internal and external stakeholders. The Program Manager is Client facing and will be responsible for reporting on key performance indicators and program health to client leadership.
**What your day-to-day will look like**:
Develops and manages web-based Program resources in alignment with Client branding requirements.
Owns the development, enhancement and delivery of reporting on key deliverables.
Facilitates Vendor Performance Program deliverables through direct engagement with vendors and stakeholders
Drives continuous improvement through process and systems enhancements set by leadership
Supports global alignment through coordinating with appropriate stakeholders at the Regional and Area levels.
**Required Skills and Experience**:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
3-5 years prior experience in supply chain, operations, project, program or change management, or related fields
High level of critical thinking, problem solving, and ability to work autonomously
Able to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills and track record of excellent internal and external customer service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally
Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint and Outlook)
