**ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY**

As a Program Manager, you will be part of the Corporate Development and Strategic Partnerships team where you will support the ongoing operations of the Wind River Partner Program, including partner relationship management, contracts and documentation, systems and record maintenance, and partner compliance. Additionally, you may be asked to manage projects related to specific partner initiatives and workstreams, working closely with our Alliance Managers.

This position is initially for a 12-month term with the possibility to extend if business conditions permit.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Process all Partner transactions (lead qualification, review, onboarding, renewals, etc.)
- Process contracts and other required documentation
- Coordinate with other critical Wind River constituencies as necessary including Product Management, Engineering, CTO Office, Finance, and Legal
- Drive reports and dashboards of key Partner Operations benchmarks
- Maintain partner related information (internal and external facing) to ensure all data is updated and accurate
- Identify actions for continuous process and program improvement
- Support the Alliance Managers and VP, Corporate Development on ad hoc projects and workstreams; help drive stakeholder management, timelines, and deliverables for specific partner initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 3 years work experience (post undergraduate).
Experience with Program management, Database administration, Customer management.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Must be fluent in English - both written and verbal
- Strong collaboration skills, self-starter, able to take direction but work independently.
- Willing to work across time zones as needed.
