Creative Program Manager

The Brand Studio within Smartsheet is looking for a Creative Program Manager to support our content and creative initiatives and ensure on-time delivery of projects, tasks and assets. Working closely with various studio and marketing teams, the Creative Program Manager will provide support and coordination for a variety of marketing, campaign, sponsorship and editorial projects. This individual will help coordinate project meetings, develop clear timetables and help keep teams on-track.

You will report to the Content Operations Manager in the US, and the Design Director located in Costa Rica.

**You will**:

- Guide projects from intake through launch, using Smartsheet tools to estimate level of effort, assign resources, create project plans, track and manage tasks and deliverables, and develop timelines according to priority
- Collaborate within the Studio with content and creative strategists as well as editorial, design and creative experts
- Partner with teams outside the Studio to understand project goals, communicate project progress and resolve issues
- Work to continually develop and optimize processes for the development of creative work
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines while coordinating the work of others, to meet objectives
- Create open and transparent dialogue regarding project status and business priorities
- Understand and support brand guidance and maintain records of previous projects and assets
- Manage and maintain daily project status and resource availability based on capacity
- Oversee use and maintenance of our BrandFolder DAM that will be utilized internally and externally for all assets
- Continue to streamline and improve the briefing process to ensure the Studio team has what they need to complete projects with clear deliverables
- Manage and provide support for day-to-day responsibilities of the Studio team
- Lead project managers through Studio Programs' timelines and establish roadmaps to meet Studio goals.

**You have**:

- 5+ years in marketing operations, brand marketing, project management, program management or creative development
- Passion for planning and executing creative work
- Advanced knowledge of project management tools and methodologies, experience using Smartsheet to manage work is a plus
- Excellent time management skills with eagerness to meet deadlines
- Effective navigation of the creative process and feedback loops
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Collaborative, team-oriented
- Attention to detail in a busy environment
- Proven track record of managing medium to complex creative projects from conceptualization to completion
- Academic studies/certifications or relevant experience on Program and Project Management, Agile Methodologies or similar.
