**Responsibilities**:

- Work with Contact Center Analytics team as well as broader Analytics organization to support analytics requests and provide direction to stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Contact Center teams to understand their challenges, and provide analytical support to help drive decision making
- Help build out and own the Sales and Contact Center data in our analytics tool, Looker with a passion to grow analytics as a competitive advantage for SmileDirectClub
- Develop and maintain KPI reports and dashboards that communicate key business trends in Sales and Contact Center and highlight opportunities for growth and operational improvements for top-level executive, including our CEO
- Work with the executive team to understand weekly, monthly, and quarterly business
- Fulfill ad-hoc reporting requests as needed
- Participate in strategic planning meetings as a partner and data expert, helping drive strategic decisions

This role will have significant exposure to Senior Leadership

Qualifications:
**It will really make us smile if you have**:

- Minimum 3-years experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, Business Analyst, Management Consultant or related role required
- Expert in SQL
- Knowledge of Python or R preferred
- Experience with data visualization tools a plus
- Passion for leveraging technology to execute cutting edge reporting and analysis
- Natural curiosity; seeks out answers by diving deep into the data
Highly motivated self-starter
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to work in an entrepreneurial environment
- Ability to work independently with limited supervisory direction
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills
