**Responsibilities and Requirements**

- Manage the Document Collection process for Managed Care and Medicaid Home Care orders
- Drive business growth through strategic planning and execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements
- Lead initiatives to reduce cycle time, backlog of orders, unbilled orders, and write offs (Lost Days)
- Analyze management reports and provide insights to drive business decisions
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Develop and implement plans to ensure adequate staffing levels and employee morale
- 5 or more years of leadership experience in healthcare
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 2 or more years of leadership experience at Manager level or above
- Previous experience with the order to cash process for outpatient medical services
- Project Management certification
