- English fluency (B2+ level).
- Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.

- Proven ability to directly source talent at all levels, adopting and implementing creative sourcing methods.
- Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and applicant tracking systems.
