Gensler, a leading architecture, design, and planning firm, seeks an experienced Accounts Payable Technician. This role is part of a collaborative team dedicated to innovative problem-solving and design excellence.

Your Responsibilities

- Reconcile high-volume corporate credit card accounts in accordance with company policies.

- Review and process high-volume employee expense report requests, ensuring compliance with policies.

- Serve as the Initial Approver for Coupa Punchouts, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

- Provide support for timecard administration and reporting, ensuring seamless operations.

- Manage weekly deadlines, prioritizing tasks to meet fiscal requirements.

- Complete month-end tasks in adherence to fiscal deadlines, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

- Adhere to the Company's file retention protocols, ensuring data security and compliance.

- Respond to audit requests, providing accurate and timely information.

- Participate in ad hoc projects, as requested by management.

Your Qualifications

- 3-5 years of general accounting experience, with a strong focus on Accounts Payable.

- Associate, College Degree, or Equivalent Finance/Accounting/Economics coursework, with a strong understanding of accounting principles.

- Bilingual in English & Spanish, with excellent communication skills.

- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a high level of accuracy.

- Proactive and able to work effectively in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration.

- Able to work well under pressure, with multiple tasks and deadlines.

- Deltek Vision and Coupa experience are a plus, with proficiency in data entry and Microsoft 365 skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to respond to vendors, consultants, and staff with professionalism.
