Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst Assistant to join our team. This role will be responsible for processing incoming invoices, performing AP accounts reconciliation, processing company purchasing card activity, processing AP payments, and providing documentation/reports to auditors.
Responsibilities:
- Process incoming invoices
- Perform AP accounts reconciliation
- Process company purchasing card activity
- Process AP payments
- Handle AP exceptions (vendor inquiries, balance confirmations, dunning reminders, invoice discrepancies)
- Monitor and post-process OCR captured invoices
- Handle expense claims in Concur
- Provide documentation and reports to auditors
- Participate in internal audits and perform other related duties
- Maintain adherence to company policies and standards
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as AP Clerk or in a related role
- Accounting Technician, Private Accountant, or studying in finance or accounting
- Experience with generally accepted accounting principles (IFRS)
- English skills of 85% (oral, written, and comprehension)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- Knowledge of relevant software tools, including SAP
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Comfortable in a fast-paced and automated environment
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Salary Estimate: The estimated annual salary for this role is between $55,000-$70,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
