**About the Role:**
We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting the government logging and discrepancy analysis function. This includes verifying the accuracy of calculated discounts and analyzing discrepancies to determine root cause and resolution steps.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate calculation of discounts and efficient processing of month-end reports
- Analyze discrepancies and determine root cause and resolution steps
- Process batch report corrections and manage Medicare Bad Debt effectively
- Maintain adherence to company policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree required
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service roles
- Fluency in English and Spanish (oral and written) at B2+ level or higher
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
