Trafficking Response Specialist

**About the Position:**
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a Trafficking Response Specialist. In this role, you will lead interactive training sessions for criminal justice actors and professionals, adapting course materials to meet participant needs.
You will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and responding to technical assistance needs within projects. This will involve producing legal/policy analysis on issues addressed and conducting diagnostic assessments of government or criminal justice agencies' responses to human trafficking.
Liaising with relevant government agencies and personnel will be an essential part of this role, as well as working collaboratively with our team on all substantive matters.
To be successful in this position, you must have 4+ years of experience presiding over/prosecuting/investigating human trafficking. You should also be proficient in English and Spanish, with superior written and oral presentation skills and knowledge of legal terms in both languages.
Additionally, you should possess exceptional legal research, interpretation, and analysis skills, as well as self-motivation and ability to work collaboratively. Detail-oriented and organized individuals with high standards of integrity and professionalism will thrive in this role.
