Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Client Services representative to join our Call Center team. As a key member of the team, you will provide support to Automotive customers and team members, responding to requests for information, products, and services.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service and support to Automotive customers and team members.
  2. Address client requests and service needs, involving the appropriate internal departments and staff to ensure requirements are met.
  3. Research, diagnose and resolve technical problems and product questions.
  4. Document and communicate solutions to internal and external clients quickly and accurately.

Your Qualifications:

  • We are seeking a highly motivated, client-focused individual with a positive attitude and high-level communication skills.
  • Creativity, initiative, and resourcefulness are a must.
  • High School Diploma and minimum of 4 years of call center customer support experience.
  • Strong PC, Microsoft Office, and internet knowledge.
  • Advanced problem solving, analytical, and customer service skills.
