Account Manager Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Adaptive Teams. As the primary point of contact for our clients, you'll drive their success through strategic insights and collaboration with internal teams.

Your Mission:

  • Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
  • Understand client goals and work with teams to deliver.
  • Provide regular performance updates, reports, and actionable insights.
  • Troubleshoot client concerns and offer tailored marketing solutions.
  • Stay on top of marketing trends to deliver strategic advice and help clients grow.
  • Ensure projects are on track, on time, and meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Spot opportunities for account growth and upsell additional services.

Your Toolbox:

  • Proven experience in account management (agency experience preferred).
  • Solid grasp of digital marketing platforms (Meta, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple accounts while staying organized.
  • Problem-solving mindset and creativity in delivering solutions.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Must be available to work in US-based time zones.
