We're looking for an Affiliate AI/ML Scientist to join our team who is passionate about solving complex problems and has experience with Natural Language processing and Machine learning.
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in monitoring, fine-tuning, and retraining AI models based on test results and accuracy metrics;
- Knowledge in developing pipelines to extract features from text data to build AI training and validation datasets;
- Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and their applications;
- Ability to develop deep learning models and algorithms to address various use cases based on business needs;
As an Affiliate AI/ML Scientist at Datasite, you will work closely with our cross-functional team of Data Scientists, Engineers, and Product Managers to develop AI-enabled products and features.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Fundamental understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical methods used by ML models;
- Knowledge of basic math and probability concepts;
- Good understanding and strong knowledge in algorithms and statistics;
You will also possess:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience in mathematics, statistics, machine learning, natural language processing, computer science;
- Exposure to AI/ML methods and libraries such as Langchain, TensorFlow, or PyTorch;
- Experience with text mining, Natural Language Processing, and Understanding;
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with internal/external clients/customers in a professional manner;
- Self-motivation and ability to work both independently and in conjunction with team members and product groups;
- Enthusiasm and flexibility to work on a variety of projects and rapidly acquire new domain familiarity;
