Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Human Resources Manager to join our team at Edwards Lifesciences. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing human resource strategies that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and direct a team of HR professionals to ensure the effective implementation of HR strategies, within regulatory compliance and budgetary constraints.
  • Develop and implement talent development plans aligned with departmental growth strategies, ensuring a robust pipeline of future leaders.
  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives, leveraging expertise in talent management, organizational design, and change management.
  • Collaborate with HR Management and Centers of Excellence (COE's) to evaluate future workforce needs, recommending changes to HR strategy and adapting existing programs to meet these needs.
  • Leverage consulting skills to advise and influence leadership on talent strategies, building organizational capabilities and driving high-performing teams.
  • Lead or partner with COE's to deliver HR programs, ensuring the organization meets its current and future talent requirements.
  • Participate in talent selection and compensation analysis, driving competitive offers.
  • Analyze trends and metrics to identify training needs, partnering with COE's or Shared Service groups to develop solutions and monitor program success.
