As a key member of our dynamic team, the Senior Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the HR team.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR strategies, and providing guidance and support to HR staff.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing HR strategies to achieve business objectives
- Liaising with the Human Resources Manager to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Providing guidance and support to HR staff on HR operations and compliance
The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in HR in a manufacturing environment and knowledge of Costa Rica labor legislation.
Additional requirements include:
- Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field
- At least 3 years of payroll-related experience desirable
- General HR functions knowledge
- Experience with WorkDay a plus
- Time and attendance tools experience a plus
