About the Role:

  • Advise Business Operations Leadership on HR programs and collaborate with specialty areas to implement effective strategies.
  • Lead special projects that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Identify critical HR metrics and new business strategies to address talent issues before they impact the business.
  • Understand the communication needs of our client groups to align with company strategy.
  • Develop strategic relationships with the community and diverse groups to align business strategy with community needs.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of previous related Human Resources experience.
  • Proven expertise in MS Office Suite and HR systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and consultative and relationship management skills.
  • Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to influence change.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
