Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Platform Architect to join our team. This role requires a proactive individual with a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, who can design scalable best practice solutions, manage the product roadmap, and improve user experience.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules. Additionally, they will oversee Salesforce configuration changes, such as Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • User and License Management: Setup and deactivate users, manage roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, and sharing rules.
  • Salesforce Configuration Changes: Implement changes to Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports.
  • Sandbox Environment Management: Manage sandbox environments to ensure seamless testing and development.
  • DevOps/Release Management: Oversee DevOps and release management to ensure smooth deployment of changes.
  • Requirements Gathering and Translation: Gather requirements and translate them into scalable best practice solutions that prioritize user experience.
  • Unused or Underutilized Features Identification: Identify unused or underutilized features and implement measures to maximize their potential.
  • Platform Roadmap and Priorities Definition: Define the platform roadmap and set priorities in consultation with stakeholders.
  • Change Communication: Communicate changes to end-users and stakeholders.
  • Data Management: Improve data quality by implementing rules and automation as needed.
  • System Maintenance: Perform proactive system maintenance, including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Checks, and Optimizer.
  • Adoption Monitoring: Monitor and improve user adoption.
  • New User and Ongoing User Training: Provide training to new and existing users.
  • Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation.
  • Integrated Applications and Suppliers Management: Manage integrated applications and third-party suppliers, including DocuSign, IronClad, Geopointe, Copado, Own Recover, and DemandTools.
  • Salesforce Technology Management: Implement and manage Salesforce technology, including Sales/Service AI, data enrichment, sales engagement and productivity, performance management, and planning.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Administration, specifically in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator.
  • Additionally, desirable certifications include Advanced Administrator and Platform App Builder.

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on location.
