Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Quality Specialist to join our Commercial Operations and Maintenance Team at Amentum.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining an ISO 9001/ISO 45001 registered system in a facilities services environment.

The role involves working closely with Corporate resources to review and recommend changes to procedures and instructions, as well as completing audits, inspections, and site walks to ensure compliance with Amentum, client, and contractual requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing and maintaining an ISO 9001/ISO 45001 system
  • Reviewing and recommending changes to procedures and instructions
  • Completing audits using site-specific checklists
  • Auditing completed and in-process work orders for safety, technical, and quality aspects

A minimum of five years' experience in quality assurance and related areas is required, along with certifications such as ASQ or STS. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Maximo CMMS is also necessary.
